1. About this guideline
This guideline explains how CareerWorkforce.com, powered by OGS Group, advertises and promotes itself. It applies to our videos, reels, stories, posts, captions, graphics, blogs and every other promotional content we publish on websites and social media. CareerWorkforce.com is operated by Ogs Career Workforce Limited (company no. 17393127), 5 Siu Offices, 4-6 Greatorex Street, London E1 5NF, United Kingdom.
2. What CareerWorkforce.com is
CareerWorkforce.com is an international recruitment automation and connectivity portal. It brings employers, recruitment agencies, regional recruitment agencies, referral partners, facilitators, labour supply offices, HR consultancy offices, trade test centres, domestic worker offices and job seekers together in one place, with tools such as an AI assistant, a WhatsApp chatbot, a bilingual CV builder, shortlisting, offer letter upload and status tracking.
3. What our advertising is for
Our promotional content invites businesses and individuals to learn about the platform and to register on it. It explains what the platform does. Unless it clearly says otherwise, it is not a job advertisement, it does not advertise a live vacancy, and it is not an offer of employment.
4. Our advertising principles
- Honest. We describe what the platform does and nothing more.
- No guarantees. We never promise or guarantee a job, an interview, a visa, a permit, a salary, a deployment date, commission or earnings.
- Clear about people. Our content never offers, prices or sells a person. Every user is a registered stakeholder who chooses to use the platform.
- Clear about money. If a service has a fee, the fee is stated openly. We do not describe a paid service as free.
- Plain language. We use everyday words so that everyone can understand what we offer.
- Respectful. Our content treats every stakeholder, worker and employer, with respect.
- Status, not decisions. Features such as visa or application tracking show the status that stakeholders record. Decisions about hiring, visas and permits are made by employers and the relevant authorities, not by us.
5. Every stakeholder is responsible for their own country's rules
CareerWorkforce.com is an international connectivity portal. Every stakeholder who uses it, whether an employer, recruitment agency, regional agency, referral partner, facilitator, labour supply office, HR consultancy office, trade test centre, domestic worker office or job seeker, is responsible for following the laws, licensing rules and regulations of the country they work in and of the country they deal with. The platform connects stakeholders and provides tools. It does not replace any licence, permission or approval that a stakeholder's own country requires.
6. Words used in our content
Our content uses the everyday vocabulary of international recruitment, for example agency, employer, demand letter, shortlist, offer letter, visa status, facilitator, referral partner, trade test centre and bilingual CV. Occupation names such as domestic worker or driver describe a type of role in the way recruitment channels commonly do. They are descriptions of roles, not offers of a person, and they should be understood in the context of the whole content.
7. What we ask of stakeholders who advertise or share our content
- Do not add promises of a job, visa, permit, salary or income.
- Do not show a live vacancy unless it is genuine and approved by the employer and the agency involved.
- Do not ask for payment outside the platform, and do not misuse the platform's name.
- Use the words facilitator, referral partner, agency and employer as the platform defines them.
- Do not post misleading, copied or altered versions of our content.
8. Feedback and review
If you see content that you think is misleading, please tell us and we will review it. If a platform or reviewer has a question about our content, we welcome a specific question and are happy to explain what the content shows and how the platform works. Please contact Ogs Career Workforce Limited through the contact details published on CareerWorkforce.com.
9. Updates
We may update this guideline from time to time. The latest version is always the one published on CareerWorkforce.com.
