- Identity and compliance documents: passport details, national ID, certificates, licenses, company registration documents, agency KYC documents, and other files you upload for verification or visa processing.
- Employer and agency information: company name, industry, job postings, hiring requirements, contracts, and communications related to recruitment.

- Payment information: billing details and transaction records for paid plans or services. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored by us in full.

8. WhatsApp, Email, and OTP Verification
Where enabled, CareerWorkforce may send one-time passwords (OTP) and service messages through email and WhatsApp to verify accounts and protect access. Message and delivery data may be processed by our messaging providers. Standard carrier or messaging charges may apply.
9. AI and Automated Processing
CareerWorkforce may use automated tools, including AI-assisted CV parsing, candidate matching, and chat support, to improve recruitment outcomes. These tools support human decision-making and do not replace legal or regulatory requirements for overseas employment.
